Clarifiers, HRSCC

Clarifiers are used typically for reducing suspended solids load by coagulation and settling method. High Rate Solids Contact Clarifier is used in applications, where the inlet solids load is variable and if the solids are fine. Flocs formed in flocculator are settled in Tube or plate (lamella) settlers or in the settling zone of a clarifier. These equipment are used in river or lake water for high flow rates and also in ETP STPs.

Features
Available in both the civil as well as MS constructions and the range is complete in itself to fulfill the specific customer requirements. Designed with precision, these plants ensure smooth and trouble-free operation and can be used to handle variable load of solids, anaerobic as well as aerobic treatments. Supports advanced processes such as SAFF, UASB etc and provide effective sludge handling.

Applications
Clarifiers, HRSCC can be used for applications such as pretreatment of surface water source and applications in municipal supply treatment plants, ETPs and STPs. These can also be used for floriculture, agriculture and horticulture farms, sugar factories, fertilizers, chemicals, textiles, power plants and in applications, where large capacity is required.

Media Filtration

We offer a wide variety of filter media for the treatment of water against specific contaminants. We are also capable to design gravity and pressure media filtration solutions that can be used to separate suspended solids from water, which is prerequisite of further treatment process such as RO or DM.

Features
Specifically designed to support pressure and gravity filtration. Provided with special media for iron, free chlorine, odour, color etc. Available in various capacity ranges, these can also be designed as per specific custom requirements. Constructed with FRP, MS or SS material, these are available in auto, manual and multiport valve type of operation.

Applications
Used for applications such as pretreatment of water, municipal supply treatment plants, ETPs and STPs, floriculture, agriculture and horticulture farms, sugar factories, fertilizers, chemicals, textiles, power plants and in applications where large capacity is desired. Our media filtration solutions can also be used for removal of colour, odour, iron and more.

Micron Filtration

This can be used where process demands suspended solids below certain micron size such as 50 micron and below. Filtration can be achieved up to 0.2 micron with micron filtration. Filter cartridges or bags can be used in Polypropylene, SS or MS housings. Single and multiple cartridge housings are available for different flow requirements.

Features
Support filtration from 100 micron to 0.2 microns for MS, SS or PP housings. These can also be custom designed to suit specific customer requirements. Bags, wound, spun, pleated, resin bonded PP or cellulose cartridges are available. Single, duplex arrangements, washable nets, SS mesh or disk strainers.
